Absolutely outstanding from begining to end. Booked online and had a follow up and a confirmation incrediably fast. They kept in touch with me every step of the way, from booking, to arrival, to completion, through payment. My house was spotless. Every tiny detail was managed. The staff that arrived were incrediably friendly. The two did a huge cleaning job quickly and perfectly. They were not bothered by my dog (but I kept her in the other room). They arrived in masks and were concerned with bother thier safety as well as the safety of my household. After the cleaners left I was allready booking another cleaning. I would highly reccomend and will most certainly use them going forward. I can not say enpought good about this company adn thier staff!!
I highly recommend New York Maid Easy!! They were easy to work with, and I was sent a highly detailed oriented and experienced cleaner to right a home back to its former glory (after a disastrous mishap). I look forward to working with them again!

I wanted to take the time to write a review and recommend New York Maid Easy. I was initially so hesitant to have someone come into my home to clean. I caved & decided to give it a shot. My friend recommended this company as she was very happy with their cleaning service. I schedule an appt. with them. Well , I was pleasantly surprised how pleased I was with how my house looked after they were done! I’ve never had such a clean house lol. From start to finish they did a perfect job! I was so impressed in how meticulous they were. The girls were so sweet & professional as well. I will be using them now on a regular basis!
I could not be happier with the cleaning done in my apartment. Professional/polite management, and employees as well. Tiffany went above and beyond in everything she did. My home was left sparkling, spotless and organized From top to bottom. Nice to have a professional and trustworthy company to clean your home. 10 stars! Would highly recommend for anybody looking to have the job done the right way!!! Will be using this company again.
This company scores 100 in Professionalism. Super kind and the results show for themselves. Had helped my brother with his move and he wanted to make sure his old place looked immaculate for potential buyers. They did such a good job I schedule a standard cleaning for my own home. For the value, I thought the results were fantastic and they work efficiently!! That’s major for us!! Great services!
I hate cleaning! So I’ve been looking for a cleaning service for awhile. You know how it is, being comfortable enough to have a stranger in your home🤷🏾♀️. So I took some time in hiring someone. I couldn’t have not been more happy with the service provided by New York maid easy. I reached out on a Saturday morning, VERY last minute, needing a cleaning service as the new owner will have their walk through Monday morning. Lehdis was extremely helpful and my house was all set and ready by Saturday evening. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone. You won’t be disappointed! Thank you again so much for everything. As a new mom It’s been hard to keep up with the house and all the chores so I used New York maid easy and it has saved my sanity! They were extremely professional and punctual and my house looked immaculate. I was actually able to put the baby to sleep and enjoy a nice relaxing night without having to clean up the chaos of the day! If your mom you know the struggle so I highly recommend New York maid easy so you can have a few relaxing moments to yourself.
We are so happy with our cleaning! Really wanted someone to come and do a deep clean before Christmas. It was so easy to set the appointment online. The cleaners were very friendly and professional. They did a really great job and I felt very comfortable with them in my home. Excellent communication throughout, will book again!
